Easily Locate and Analyze Your Inventory
The Millpondfarms.com system is flexible! You can keep track of all of your items or items in certain Storage Locations.
You may want to only keep track of canned goods that you store in the Lazy Susan,
Kitchen Pantry or basement/garage shelf. You may want to keep track of lightbulbs on the Laundry Room shelf.
Or you may want to keep track of bulk items such as toilet paper and paper towels. Keep track of items at your vacation home or RV or boat.
You will choose when you want to receive an alert. 1 day before - 1 week before - 1 month before your product item expires. Some items don't have expiration dates such as lightbulbs. You can choose to disable the alert system per product item.
Adding items into the system can be tedious but the more fields you fill out for each item the more information you'll receive when you view your inventory. That's why we suggest narrowing your items to specific locations -- you can of course add all of your items -- it's up to you!
After you enter your food and household items into the system you can view your inventory items in many different ways.

Expiration by Category & Product Group
This is a view of all of your purchased product items. You can sort them by product type and food category to easily view groups of products.Expiration by Storage Location
You are able to view your inventory organized by your custom Storage Locations. Possible storage locations are endless. This view displays purchased items from the store. It's easy to lose track of items in the garage freezer or the basement freezer. Our system helps you organize items that are not immediately in the kitchen. There are separate views to keep track of homemade & leftover items in the freezer.What's Homemade in the Frig or On the Shelf?
This view displays homemade items that you store on the shelf or in the frig. It's easy to lose track of items such as homemade strawberry preserves that are sitting at the back of the frig. Now you can receive alerts to remind you to use it!View Expiring Items by Time
You'll be able to view items that are expiring in 1 day, 1 week or 1 month. When entering each product item you can choose when you want an alert. You can even choose to disable the alert per item. Some items will not have an expiration date. EX: lightbulbs.View Items by Nutrition
